WCF offers a variety of training grants and solutions to meet your business needs.

Workforce Central Florida Take advantage of WCF’s Employed Worker Training Program to increase your employee’s skills in this fast-paced, dynamic workplace. This flexible program is designed to provide financial assistance to employers that recognize the importance of investing in their employees. Apply for up to $25,000, or even $50,000 in targeted industries, to enhance your training budget to build and enhance your employees’ skills. WCF could reimburse employers, based on qualifying guidelines, half the direct cost of training through this program.
