Description: UCF’s Division of Continuing Education is currently offering Online Training Memberships which provide students with 24-hour a day access to libraries featuring thousands of training topics including vendor-specific training and certifications from Microsoft, CompTIA, CISCO and Harvard School of Business. Most courses are available both self-paced and instructor-led at for the same nominal cost.
Memberships are available for 6 months or 1-year time periods during which students have access to all the courses and resources within a specific library.
Technical support is available 24 hours a day ensuring participants can access the courses at their convenience. Subject Matter Experts as well as instructors monitor and respond to the web-forums allowing participants to interact in a virtual classroom setting.
Most libraries are offered in one or more of the following packages so participants can customize their training options.

Silver Package
|
Includes 24/7 access to self-paced courses, access to online Element K books, 24/7 technical support, and access to a threaded message board monitored by instructors.

Gold Package
|
Includes all the features of the Silver Package, plus access to 750 online Press Books, Computer Aid Testing (CAT), Brainbench exams, online reference books and virtual labs. The virtual labs allow participants to test their skills and knowledge by enabling them to connect directly with live equipment in a real, risk-free environment.
